A feasibility analysis

The natural history collection, which has been housed in a school to date, will be presented more prominently in the future. On behalf of the City of Ulm, molitor is drawing up a feasibility analysis, which surveys four different locations in combination with four different scenarios developed by molitor.
Based on required floor space, location and regional analysis, space allocation plans have been drawn up, including a cost budget, and assessed by means of a SWOT analysis.
