Following extensive renovations, the interactive exhibits and historical displays at the HopfenBierGut exhibition in Spalt’s historic corn exchange offer an insight into the art of brewing and the history of hops and beer, right from their origins to the present day.
With the aid of a varied obstacle course, it shows visitors how hops and beer have shaped the town and its landscape. molitor will be responsible for constructing a beer-smelling station, as well as planning exhibits and furnishing the space.
