The conversion of the listed Eldemühle in Parchim into a “Kulturmühle” (culture mill) has begun. The converted mill will soon house the Parchim Young State Theatre, the Fritz Reuter theatre and the Parchim Museum. Having been awarded the contract, molitor has been commissioned to plan the museum.
By the end of 2022 or early 2023, the various floors of the mill will house a theatre, a museum, a tourist information centre and various food and drink options – providing a space that will draw visitors from the district and beyond.
